About us

Our story begins with our founding agency, Partnerships for Inclusion, Inc under Owner and Director, Lisa Robbe. Partnerships for Inclusion, Inc was established in October 2001 to serve the northern counties in the Idaho panhandle. After many years of serving the community a transfer of ownership was offered to Colleen Sisk for her years of dedication and commitment to the Partnerships for Inclusion, Inc Coeur d’Alene center. On November 1, 2008 Syringa Family Partnership LLC bloomed and has been under the ownership and direction of Colleen Sisk ever since. Our goal is to create partnerships that allow individuals with disabilities the opportunities to be included in all aspects of home and community life.

Syringa Family Partnership, LLC started with two locations, one in Hayden and one in Bonners Ferry and experienced tremendous growth in the first few years of having its doors open and continues to grow along with the community. In the Summer of 2014, we were able to open a third location in Post Falls to expand services. Our Hayden and Post Falls buildings are connected to the Inspired Child Preschool & Learning Centers and our clients are welcome at any time during their session to join in on classroom activities with their therapist or support staff for generalization of their goals and social interactions with peers. If you would like more information regarding Inspired Child Preschool & Learning Center click here.

Syringa strives to protect the quality of the services provided and the personal feel we offer families while balancing growth and diversity in the services offered to the children in our community. Currently Syringa accepts Medicaid and is looking into branching out to accepting private insurance in the future.

“There needs to be a lot more emphasis on what a child can do instead of what they cannot do.”
